EVP has very different locations. Asia Square's clientele are mostly office workers with some residential visits. United Square is largely for families and residences of the area and a lunchtime office crowd.
The unique selling point of EVP is notably its pizza handmade with aged yeast over 3 days topped with fresh and tasty ingredients and wood fired in a custom made oven at high temperatures to ensure quick service. Said to be the tastiest pizza in Singapore as voted the best pizza in 2012.

EVP is a relative new comer to the Lo & Behold Group aiming to make the brand of fresh pizzas widely available. United Square will be starting their home delivery service soon whereas Asia Square is already providing for many hungry office workers.
The Lo & Behold Group are always on the search for new concepts and have recently launched the Black Swan, 19 Cecil Street (a Grand Café & Bar 1920's style) which they hope will be the glamour icon of the CBD area. This is the main focus of the near future.
Extra Virgin Pizza locations were chosen for their central and residential area and within close proximity to nearby offices for the simplification of home and office delivery purposes.
At the Asia Square location the busiest time is lunch time during weekdays getting busier from Wednesday to Friday also promoting 1-for-1 Kirin and Peroni beer at Happy Hour. United Square is busiest over the weekends and also have a nice dinner crowd during the week.
