Suntory will start to sell 10 L keg of The Premium Malt's on August 1 in Singapore. Currently the beer burand is distributed only by cans and bottles. Suntory appoints ORIHARA as the keg distributor although Beams Global Asia is the sole distributor of Suntory's spirits in Singapore. Orihara is selected because of much experiences and know-how on draft beers in Japan and employment of Japanese expatriates. Orihara established the Singaporean company in July, 2008 and has distributed the Japanese Sakes to the Japanese restaurants. Suntory ships The Premium Malt's Draft kegs in reefer containers with constant temperature from Japan. Orihara also storage and deliver the kegs with constant temperature. Three breweries of Asahi, Kirin, Sapporo lead on keg business in Singapore. Suntory is the last one.
