HIFUMIYA is a large outlet which exceeds 100 seats on the fourth floor of Plaza Singapura. The business type which is operated at Tenjin in Fukuoka is transplanted to Singapore. Sales per customer are S$15. Set meal plus all-you-can-eat appetizer bar is the point of differentiation with Ootoya. Appetizers are offered by ten or more sorts. From experience with a Japanese viking Chisou Zanmai, they understand Singaporean-oriented popular model menu and seasoning. For example. salty taste is improper and sweet taste is liked.

The samples of menu are located in a line with a shop front. In create restaurants, since they open many outlets, the samples are manufactured in-house. Interior is plain wood and is a bright impression. Singaporean can visit to enjoy Japanese set meal with no hesitation.

Compared with the outlets from Japan which opened at the same time in Plaza Singapura, the business has been started most early on October 29. While going to the authority repeatedly and pressing for the business license, immediately after the government official ascertained that the permit was posted, they go into business promptly. In spite of the company sales of 37 billion yen estimated in the 2012 fiscal year, their motion is quick. Every year they open 100 outlets including business type change. The quickness is one of their strong points.

Create restaurants opens various business types in Singapore as a test site, and searches the most favorable business in Southeast Asia. The point is aiming at multi-store deployment in Southeast Asia of the same business condition also including franchise.
