Live house "Timbre" is extremely popular among Singaporean youngsters.Music Life Style Company is stated and deployment which made the Singapore music and dining out mix is performed.  The 3rd outlet of "Timbre" brand was opened in Gillman Barracks, Asia's up-and-coming destination for contemporary art in September. All the facilities of the company are included and it is 10th.

Gillman Barracks is located on the site of a former military camp. The camp were taken over by the Singapore Armed Forces in 1971. The renovation of the old barracks as a base of contemporary art and creative industry was carried out from 2010.  Otherwise, Dempsey Hill with which about 50 outlets of restaurants, and retail stores are located in a line is famous in the institution which remodeled the remains of camps similarly.

"Timbre@Gillman" was opened in September. Built from scratch and covering 5000sq.ft., it is the Timbre Group's largest outlet. The number of seats is 250. Other dining out of the facility are French "MASONS" and seafood "THE NAKED FINN."

Although a bar counter is inside of the building, seats are under a roof outdoor. There is no wall, a wind passes and it is comfortable. A stage is the very back. As well as the other outlets of the company, monitors are installed in here and there, and the short message from customer's mobile phone and the promotion information of drink & food flow. Seats and monitors in a case of rainy weather are worrisome.

Foods are S$8 to S$42, such as 20 sorts of pizzas, pasta, and tapas. The promotion of liquor is performed every month. Absolute vodka is a bottle of S$160. Chivas Regal 12 years is 18 dollars at two glasses. 2 pints beer and get 1 free at S$30. Cost per customer is S$30 to S$40. Music charge is free. 10% of service charge and 7% of tax (GST) are imposed.

About 80 percent of the seats are occupied at 21:00 on Thursday. It seems to be favorable start. It is comfortable to hear the live, being blown on a wind. However, its dirty toilet is not welcome. In the general outlet in Singapore, it is discouraged in many cases.

It is said that it makes one more outlet within this year, which is adult-oriented jazz and blues live house. The mechanism in which a music academy is held in a group, a production also has, and it is not troubled by musicians' reservation is a strong point of Timbre group.
