Family companions during weekends are roaring business.

The first basement level of Liang Court has the Meidi-ya supermarket, and Japanese people circulate frequently. Ikeike Maru opened in the same underground. In a next door, it is "Yayoi Ken"。It is prosperous also here. Although the staff did not gather but the slow start was tried at the beginning of open, when it opened, it was in utter confusion in large procession. 1st Kuroson has many Japanese visitors, and has no advertisement entirely only by introducing them by word of mouth. It seems that the point that the occasion which the Japanese who asks sushi for a high quality comes freely, and goes shopping to Meidi-ya during a weekend in addition to a point could be approached with a family appealed.

It turns out that 100 to 150 persons visit a weekday, 500 to 600 persons visit during a weekend, and it is supported by the family visitor. Sales per customer are about 20 dollars as much as revolving sushi in Japan. High quality sushi is eaten reasonably, and Singaporean visitors also comes. They also drink sake and say that they spend 70 dollars or more.

Kuroson of fresh fish dishes has the popular seafood bowl lunch of 20 dollars daytime. In the privete rooms, Japanese housewifes' gathering is often opened. Sales per customer exceed 60 dollars by Japanese office worker's entertainment night. The casual version of Kuroson becomes Ikeike Maru. The sushi situation of Singapore is polarizing two times to the expensive sushi to which they came from the Ginza, and the cheap revolving sushi of local management, and there is no median price belt. Ikeike Maru was stuck there.

Henry Bros establishes the original purchase network which does not let the Tsukiji market pass in concert with the fishing port of Japanese every place, exports fresh fish also to Singapore, and is performing wholesale besides the self-outlets. By brand construction of the Numazu fishing port, it received authorization of Japanese govement in February, this year.
